Summer is meant to be enjoyed, but it can also be surprisingly busy.

Long days, packed calendars, late nights, family adventures, and trying to soak up every bit of sunshine can leave us feeling more depleted than we’d like to admit.

This is your invitation to pause.

Join us for an evening of deep rest, gentle movement, and nervous system support designed to help you slow down, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.

We’ll begin with a calming Yin Yoga practice to gently release tension and create space in the body. As you settle into stillness, Liz will offer a carefully selected acupuncture treatment to support relaxation, balance, and restoration.

From there, Sumitra will guide you through Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative meditation practice often referred to as “yogic sleep,” allowing the body to rest while the mind settles into a state of calm awareness.

No experience with yoga, meditation, or acupuncture is necessary. This workshop is beginner friendly and welcomes all levels.

Leave feeling grounded, rested, and ready to enjoy the rest of your summer from a place of fullness rather than exhaustion.

Props, tea, and light refreshments provided.
