Your first visit is all about getting to know you, your goals, your history, and what brought you in. We’ll start with a conversation to understand your concerns, your lifestyle, and what you’re hoping to improve. From there, your practitioner will complete an assessment tailored to their discipline, whether that’s movement testing, orthopedic assessment, pulse and tongue diagnosis, postural analysis, or a deeper dive into your overall health.
Once we have a clear picture, we’ll walk you through a personalized treatment plan. This may include hands on care, targeted exercises, lifestyle recommendations, or other therapeutic approaches depending on the practitioner you’re seeing.
By the end of your first visit, you’ll know what’s going on, why we’re choosing specific treatments, and what the next steps look like. Our goal is for you to feel informed, supported, and confident in the plan moving forward.

In courtesy to your practitioner and other clients, we ask that you provide 24 hours notice of cancellation. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the practitioner’s day that could have been filled by another patient. We require 24 hours notice for all cancellations or changes.
If less than 24 hours is given, and it is not due to giving birth, an emergency, or illness, you will receive a first-time warning.
For your second missed appointment, you will be charged 50% of the appointment fee. This will be charged to the credit card on file.
Thereafter, any continued no-shows or subsequent late cancellations will be charged 100% of the appointment fee.
Thank you for your understanding.
