When:
Sunday March 29th, 2026
6-8pm
Where:
Upstairs @ Holistik Health, 385 Lagoon Road.
An evening of slow movement, acupuncture, and deep rest.
March is the start of spring, and spring carries an upward, expansive quality. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, this season is associated with the Liver system, the energy of growth, vision, and forward momentum. It’s the energy of seeds sprouting, green shoots pushing up through soil, life rising toward light.
That same movement exists in us.
When supported, this energy feels creative, clear, and motivated. It helps us plan, decide, and step forward. But growth also requires space. Without grounding beneath it, upward energy can show up as tension through the neck and shoulders, springtime headaches, restless sleep, or a sense of feeling “on edge.”
This seasonal Yin & Pin workshop is designed to support smooth Liver qi movement while creating steadiness under expansion.
We begin with a 45 minute Yin practice focused on the hips, ribs, chest, and sides of the body areas connected to the Liver channel and spring transition. Long, supported holds create space for movement and release.
From there, acupuncture points are placed to encourage smooth upward flow while anchoring the system. As the needles rest, you’ll be guided through Yoga Nidra, allowing the body to integrate and settle.
This is a practice of honoring growth without forcing it. Creating stability beneath expansion. Supporting your system as it rises into the season.
No experience needed. Just come as you are.
Leave feeling clearer, grounded, and ready to move forward into spring.
