Time Out Club - Yin + Pin - Permission to Rest (May 24th)

$55.00

***Rescheduled from April 18th ***

Not all growth needs to be pushed.
This session is an invitation to slow down and create space in the body, without forcing anything to change. Give yourself permission to rest.

Led by:

Liz & Sumitra, the co-founders of Holistik Health

When:

Sunday May 24th 2026

6-8pm

Where:

Upstairs @ Holistik Health, 385 Lagoon Road.

We’ll move through a series of supported yin shapes, held for time and designed to gently target the fascia and areas of holding in the body. As the body begins to settle, acupuncture will be added to support circulation, regulate the nervous system, and encourage a deeper sense of ease. During the acupuncture rest time, you’ll be guided through a Yoga Nidra practice to support deeper relaxation and integration.
This is a practice of allowing.
Letting the body open at its own pace.
Letting the nervous system feel safe enough to soften.
If you’ve been feeling tight, stuck, or a little overwhelmed with the shift into spring, this is a place to land.

Space to unwind, reset, and reconnect.

Details:
Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows access to arms and legs for acupuncture.
All props are provided, but feel free to bring anything that helps you feel more supported.
Acupuncture is provided by Liz Kerr, Registered Acupuncturist. Participants with extended health benefits may be able to submit this portion for reimbursement, depending on their individual plan coverage.
Spots are limited.
