This 4 week beginner friendly mobility series is designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with your body without pushing into pain or forcing range that is not ready yet.
At Holistik, we do not chase extremes.
We build control, awareness, and strength within your current capacity and expand from there.
You will not be thrown into complicated movements or left guessing what you are supposed to feel.
You will be guided, supported, and coached every step of the way.
All equipment needed for the series will be provided, so you can simply show up and focus on your movement.
No experience needed. Just a willingness to move and explore.
Each session builds on the last, guiding you through a progressive full body approach to mobility:
Week 1: Foundations
Learn how to move with control, connect breath to movement, and understand your body’s baseline
Week 2: Lower Body
Improve hip, knee, and ankle mobility while building strength through your range
Week 3: Upper Body
Restore movement in the shoulders, spine, and neck to reduce tension and improve posture
Week 4: Recovery and Release
Learn simple, effective techniques to release tension and support recovery using mobility tools
This is not just stretching.
You will learn how to:
Build strength through range, not just passive flexibility
Move with control and intention
Work within pain free ranges of motion
Support your body with simple, sustainable tools
You feel stiff, tight, or restricted in your body
You sit a lot, train hard, or are returning from injury
You want to move better without guessing what to do
