Joint Effort: Mobility for Life
Take your recovery to the next level.
If you are already moving, training, or working in your body but still feeling tight, fatigued, or limited, this is your next step.
Led by: Sadie Twidale, Athletic Therapist
When: May 9th, 16th, 23rd, and 30th @ 9-10am
Where: Upstairs @ Holistik Health, 385 Lagoon Road.
Cost: $125
This 4 week intermediate series is designed to help you recover better, move with more control, and build strength through your full range of motion without overloading your system.
At Holistik, recovery is not passive.
It is trained.
You will be guided through intentional, controlled movement that supports joint integrity, stability, and muscular endurance so your body can handle more while feeling better.
All equipment needed for the series will be provided, so you can simply show up and focus on your movement.
This series is best suited for those with some movement or training experience.
What to Expect
Each session builds on the last, combining mobility, strength, and control into a full body active recovery approach:
Week 1: Full Body Integration
Connect mobility, strength, and stability through controlled, multi joint movement patterns
Week 2: Lower Body Activation
Improve hip, knee, and ankle function while building strength, balance, and control from the ground up
Week 3: Upper Body Stability
Develop strength and control through the shoulders, spine, and upper body to support posture and performance
Week 4: Recovery and Self Release
Use targeted recovery techniques to release tension, support circulation, and maintain the work you have built
The Holistik Approach
This is not a rest day.
It is active recovery done properly.
You will learn how to:
Build strength through range, not just stretch it
Improve joint control and stability
Support recovery without shutting your body down
Move in a way that carries over into training and daily life
Who This Is For
You already train, move, or stay active regularly
You feel tight, fatigued, or limited between sessions
You want to improve performance without burning out
You are ready to move beyond basic mobility work
