We’ll kick things off with a mindful movement practice (think a combo of yoga, mobility, and myofascial release) with Sumitra + Liz. This will help you reset and feel more like yourself again. Then we get into it with Bree Rudner, Functional Diagnostic Nutritionist. Together, we’ll explore menopause, perimenopause, and hormonal health, sharing evidence-informed insights and practical lifestyle strategies to help you navigate these shifts.

Clear information. Supportive space. Time to ask the questions you’ve been wondering about. And yes! Mimosas (or mocktails if you prefer), snacks, and good company included.

Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move in.  Mats, props and blankets will be provided but if you have a favourite mat/bolster etc., feel free to bring it along.
