We’re opening space for something new this month.
Saturday April 18th 10-11:!5am
Upstairs @ Holistik Health - 385 Lagoon Road
Facilitated by Siri Bright, a dedicated Qigong practitioner and teacher known for her grounded, welcoming approach and depth of experience guiding others through this practice.
A slower practice.
A quieter kind of strength.
A different way of moving through your body.
An introduction to Qigong.
Qigong is an embodied movement practice rooted in Taoist philosophy, working with breath, intention, and gentle, flowing motion.
It invites you to explore your life force energy (Qi) — supporting vitality, balance, and a return to a more natural state of harmony in the body.
This session is an introduction.
A chance to experience the practice in a simple, accessible way.
No experience needed.
No pressure to get it “right.”
Just an opportunity to move, breathe, and connect.
You can expect:
Slow, guided movement
Breath awareness
A grounded, supportive space to explore something new
For beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
This is less about doing more, and more about doing less… with intention.
By donation
Suggested: $10
If cost is a barrier, please reach out. We want this to be accessible to everyone.
Donations will be directed toward a local community initiative (details to be shared).
