Holistik Health’s Essential Oils Make & Take is a monthly workshop series offering approachable education, creativity, and simple rituals of care.
Each month explores a different seasonal or thematic focus through hands-on creation and guided essential oil education. Workshops are designed to feel relaxed, social, and grounding — with space to learn, create, and unwind.
February’s theme, Love Potions, is inspired by self-love, connection, and heart-centred rituals — just in time for Valentine’s season.

Three custom take-home creations
Tea and light snacks
Space to connect, create, and unwind
No prior experience needed.
No pressure to “do it right.”
Just curiosity, creativity, and good energy.
